Sept. 26, 2025 — This season’s limited-edition ice cream flavors include reimagined holiday favorites in half-gallon and pint-sized options that will surely be heartwarming for chillier nights.
“We are excited to get this holiday season’s limited-edition ice cream varieties to our customers,” said Publix Research and Product Development Manager Tarisha Gray. “Our recently introduced pint line creates even more of a reason to try all the flavors.”
With so many fantastic choices, there’s no better way to top off your holiday meal and end the year than with our limited-edition or fan-favorite ice cream flavors. While our traditional flavors are available year-round, these limited-edition offerings are only here once a year. As always, these delicious options feature premium-quality ingredients.

“In the winter months, you have the chillier weather and the warmth of the holiday season,” said Tarisha. “We wanted to capture that with these flavors, especially Coffee Chai Latte. We wanted you to experience that comforting first sip of your morning cup of coffee with warm spices.”
