June 18, 2024 — Last month, eight of Publix’s original pies were awarded blue ribbons at the 2024 American Pie Council Pie Championships in Orlando, Florida. Our bakery competed in the commercial division in the 6- and 9-inch categories.

Our pies have competed in the National Pie Championships since 2001 and have brought home blue ribbons every year since then. To celebrate this year’s accomplishment, our blue-ribbon-winning pies will have a special sticker on the packaging. Look for the blue-ribbon sticker the next time you pick up your favorite pie!
