March 26, 2026 — Front Service Clerk Rocco Cammarota, #615, Suwanee, Georgia, won the National Grocers Association Best Bagger Championship held at the MGM Grand Convention Center in Las Vegas, on March 16.

Rocco competed with 17 other baggers from grocery retailers in different states. The competition required speed, weight distribution and skill. Rocco excelled in all three areas. Rocco was able to get a lot of training and support from his older brother, who in the past has also competed in the nationals. As a proud representative of Georgia and Publix, Rocco received $10,000 from the National Grocers Association and a trophy for winning the competition. 

He is now officially recognized as the best bagger in the country. Publix is proud to give cheers to Rocco for bringing home the national title!
