Sweet and Spicy Jerk Chicken with Rice, Beans and Vegetables — Caribbean-style jerk chicken with collard greens on a bed of yellow rice, peas and red beans. 

Maple Pork with Sweet Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts — Sliced pork tenderloin in a savory chipotle maple marinade topped with a garlic seasoning medley and roasted garlic butter, with a side of sweet potatoes and shredded Brussels sprouts. 

Spicy Pineapple Chicken with Rice and Vegetables — Sweet and spicy chicken garnished with pineapple, served on a medley of red onion, green pepper and jalapeno with a side of Spanish rice.
