Feb. 9, 2026 — Publix Pharmacy presented 14 associates with the Rxcellence Award in recognition of their outstanding achievements in customer service, performance and teamwork.

2025 retail recipients

Atlanta Division

• Pharmacy Manager Kash Franklin, #1086, Phenix City, Alabama, drives innovative approaches that benefit fellow associates and the community. He upholds high customer service standards and demonstrates exceptional leadership and teamwork by guiding his team to exceed performance goals.
• Lead Immunizing Technician Katie Croad, #764, Kennesaw, Georgia, consistently works to better Publix and her community by using her extensive knowledge and proactive problem-solving. She shares her expertise with fellow technicians, interns and pharmacists to provide premier service.

Charlotte Division

• Pharmacy Manager Nicola Martin, #1802, Clarksville, Tennessee, brings positivity to everything she does. She began her Publix career as a bakery associate and later moved to the pharmacy where she learned the importance of customer care and how to lead a team.
• Lead Immunizing Technician Bridget Miller, #142, Brentwood, Tennessee, is a problem-solver and leader who goes above and beyond in her pharmacy duties. She has perpetuated the Publix culture throughout her 33 years of service and genuinely cares for the customers she serves.

Jacksonville Division

• Pharmacy Manager Michael Filipkowski, #1243, Ponte Vedra, Florida, is a dedicated leader. He actively shares the company’s vision, making him a true ambassador of Publix values.
• Lead Immunizing Technician Ianeile Perdomo Seijo, #707, Kissimmee, Florida, is considered the anchor of her pharmacy and exemplifies consistency, reliability and ownership in everything she does. She distinguishes herself by consistently delivering energetic and attentive service to customers.

Lakeland Division

• Pharmacy Manager Stefan Ferro, #1341, Palm Harbor, Florida, demonstrates Publix pride and ownership by providing premier service while coordinating a high-performing pharmacy initiative, Meds to Beds. He exceeds expectations for customers and his team, while championing the Publix culture every day.
• Lead Immunizing Technician Jessica Murray, #578, Fort Myers, Florida, embodies excellence in all aspects of her life. She is known for providing premier service by going above and beyond to make every interaction personal and positive, greeting each customer by name.

Miami Division

• Pharmacy Manager Anthony Varano, #1395, Palm Beach, Florida, inspires his team by delivering exemplary service and guiding associates toward success. He is dedicated to customer care and excellence, setting a strong example for Publix Pharmacy associates.
• Lead Technician Ashley Bliss, #118, Okeechobee, Florida, consistently demonstrates exceptional customer care. She fosters a welcoming atmosphere, greeting everyone she serves with a positive attitude and warm smile.
