Facilities Maintenance Service Supplier

Quality service of our retail stores plays an important role in providing our customers with the shopping experience they expect at Publix. As our business grows, we have opportunities to add new service suppliers to our Potential Service Supplier list. Publix relies heavily on external resources to deliver a "convenient, clean, and pleasant shopping environment to our customers."

Becoming a Potential Service Supplier

If you're interested in becoming a potential service supplier for Publix, please follow these steps to register your company for participation.

  1. Complete the Vendor Information Form.
  2. Send the completed Vendor Information Form to FSPotentialServiceSupplier@publix.com.

When Publix receives the completed Vendor Information Form, a representative from Publix Facility Services contacts you and sends additional information for you to review.

After You Register

When Publix identifies a category for review, we contact all major service suppliers that have registered with Publix for participation. Interested service providers complete a Category Review pre-qualification process that includes completing a questionnaire tailored to the particular service being reviewed. After evaluating the responses to these questionnaires, Publix pre-qualifies selected service suppliers to participate in the RFI, RFP, or RFQ process. Publix may initiate a Service Provider Certification process with one or more of the potential service suppliers by performing site visits and sample testing. Publix will consider all factors before making a final decision.
