Is my Publix Partners card still valid?
Publix Partners cards are no longer accepted.
To support your school, sign up for Publix Partners through your Club Publix account (if you don't already have one) and select your desired school. Then, enter your phone number at checkout each time you make an eligible purchase.
What schools are eligible?
All accredited schools in select counties of Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia offering education for any combination of grades K–12 are eligible.
How does a school earn money?
A percentage of each eligible transaction made using your Publix Partners account is allocated to that participating school. Publix Partners’ schools receive checks up to four times per year based on earnings they accumulate from the purchases you make at Publix.
Are earnings based on select purchases?
All purchases are eligible with the exception of gift cards, alcohol, lottery items, money services, postage stamps and prescriptions, purchases from Florida stores, purchases from Publix GreenWise Market locations and purchases made through delivery or curbside, Powered by Instacart.
Where is Publix Partners available?
Publix Partners is available in select counties in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.
Who can participate in earning money for schools?
In areas that offer Publix Partners, any Publix shopper who enrolls in Publix Partners, selects a school and enters their phone number at checkout can actively help support a local school.
Consider spreading the word about Publix Partners among your school community and have everyone reach out to friends and family. The greater the participation, the greater the rewards for your school.
Family and friends who shop at Publix in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia can sign up for Publix Partners.
How much can a school earn?
For every $37,500 spent cumulatively by your school's participants, Publix will award your school $250.
Is there a minimum level of earnings before a school can get a check?
Once per quarter, if the school has at least $250 in earnings, a check will be sent to the school and they decide how to best put it to use.
If your school doesn’t achieve a $250 payment in a quarter, any credit will be carried over to the next quarter.
Is there a time frame in which a school has to earn a contribution?
Publix Partners supports schools all year long, so you can help your selected school throughout the year.
How do schools use the funds earned?
Your school chooses how to use the money. Whether your school needs computers or microscopes, art supplies or sports equipment, Publix Partners can help.
Do I need to re-enroll every school year?
Yes. Enrollment in Publix Partners expires each July and you still need to sign up annually. Log into your account each July to select a school in your account settings. If your school isn’t enrolled, have your school download the Publix Partners Participation Form and mail it to the address indicated on the form. Or download and print the form, and give it to your school to complete and mail in.
