How can my company get access to Publix Business Connection?
If you're an existing company, contact your Publix buyer for more information.
If you're a new company, you must be a Publix Retail Supplier to access Publix Business Connection. Once your company becomes a Publix Retail Supplier, the administrator for your company will receive an e-mail containing login information.
How do I get my log in information to access Publix Business Connection?
If you're the Publix Business Connection administrator for your company, you'll receive an e-mail containing your login information. Otherwise, contact your company PBC administrator.
How do I reset my ID and password if I don't remember or have lost them?
If you're the Publix Business Connection administrator for your company, please call 1-800-323-2563 option 2. Otherwise, contact your company's PBC administrator.
Who do I contact with questions about the content and reports on Publix Business Connection?
Please contact your Publix buyer.
What browsers can I use to access Publix Business Connection?
Publix Business Connection is currently only compatible with Internet Explorer 11.0 or higher.
Who should I contact if I'm having technical difficulties with Publix.biz or with Publix Business Connection in general?
Call 1-888-822-3540 and give your user ID, contact information, and description of your problem.
How often do I have to change my Publix Business Connection password?
You'll be prompted to change your password every 60 days, and after you have it reset.
Are there special rules that apply when I create my new password?
Yes. When you create or change your password:
- it must be at least 8 characters in length
- it must contain characters from 3 of the 4 following categories:
- English uppercase characters (A through Z)
- English lowercase letters (a through z)
- Numeric digits (0 through 9)
- Non-alphabetic character (# only)
- it cannot contain significant portions of your user ID or full name and
- it cannot be one of the last six passwords you used.
Will I lose access to Publix Business Connection if I don't log in for a while?
You'll be locked out of Publix Business Connection (PBC) if you don't log in for 90 days. (Eighty days after your last login, you'll receive an e-mail reminding you to log on.) From the time your account is locked, you have 14 days to reactivate it before permanently losing your access. If you're a PBC administrator and you need to reactivate your account, call 1-800-323-2563 option 2. Otherwise, contact your company's PBC administrator.
