LAKELAND, Fla., Feb. 1, 2021 — Once again, Publix and the state of Georgia are working together to distribute the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine to select Publix Pharmacy locations. During this distribution, vaccinations will be provided to eligible individuals at 97 Publix pharmacies, by appointment only and while supplies last. The state continues to select the locations to administer the vaccine, so some pharmacy locations included in previous distributions are not included this time. However, they might receive vaccine doses in the future.

“We are grateful to once again have the opportunity to work with the state of Georgia in its efforts to distribute the COVID-19 vaccine,” said Publix CEO Todd Jones. “With each shipment we receive from the state, we are able to help our communities take a step closer to normal.”
