Our associates give back.

Launched in 2015, Publix Serves is our community program uniting our more than 255,000 associates in community service efforts, turning their passion for service into action. What began as a single day of giving back is now an entire week, held twice a year – in the spring and fall. More than 7,000 associates volunteered in the spring of 2023 across our entire footprint to give special attention to environmental sustainability. From planting trees to cleaning beaches and parks, associates dedicated their time to beautifying our communities.

Always doing good together.

Our commitment to helping our communities doesn’t stop with just one week. When we started Publix Serves, it was a day set aside to help those around us. Then we extended it a whole week. Now we’re excited to hold Publix Serves Week twice a year—once in the spring and again in the fall. We focus on environmental projects in April, but our fall Publix Serves Week will put the spotlight on alleviating hunger. Showing our communities a little love will always be important to us. It’s just one small way we do good together.
