Bakery Plant Operations Clerk

Publix Associate

In 2010, Publix's Bakery Plant produced 152.5 million pounds of bakery items including muffins, crème cakes, and cookies. Running such a large operation takes a great deal of coordination. Operations Clerks analyze the production run information to make sure materials used and production times are reasonable.

How to Apply

They also analyze the data to determine if any of the production information is missing or has been reported incorrectly. Furthermore, the Clerks communicate with associates in shipping and receiving to ensure information is processed accurately.
