Transportation Supplier

The safe, on time delivery of products plays an important role in providing our customers with the products and services they expect from Publix. As our business grows, we have opportunities to add new carriers to our Preferred Carrier list. Publix uses both over-the-road trucks and intermodal services.

Becoming a Publix Carrier

If you're interested in becoming a carrier for Publix, please follow these steps.

Step 1
Complete the Vendor Information Form – Freight Carriers.

Step 2
Complete the Continuing Indemnity Agreement (Transportation Services).

Step 3
Prepare copies of the following documents:

  • your Interstate operating authority
  • a W-9 Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification
  • your CSA 2010 Safety Measurement
  • your Certificate of Insurance

Step 4
Mail the documents to:
Publix Super Markets, Inc.
Corporate Transportation Department
P.O. Box 32024
Lakeland, FL 33802-2024
